You can have an unlimited number of student profiles in your database. The 'active student' limit refers to the number of students currently attending school within a specific academic term. This allows you to retain records of past students without affecting your plan's capacity.

A custom domain provides your school with a unique web address (e.g., yourschool.intelleva.app). This serves as a professional, dedicated online presence for your school, accessible to students, staff, parents, and the general public, and can function as your school's primary website or portal.

After clicking 'Get Started', you will be connected with an onboarding specialist via our secure chat. They will guide you through the process of registering your school and uploading your data. To make the registration as smooth as possible, we recommend preparing your school's information beforehand. Please see our About Page for a list of required details.

Your data is always safe with us. If your plan expires, only the Primary Admin account will be able to log in. Access for all other users (teachers, students, etc.) will be suspended. The Primary Admin will retain limited access to view and export all school data, ensuring you never lose your valuable information.
